The grab and go breakfast is sustenance, a pot of coffee, porridge sachets, muesli bars, muffins, hot water and tea bags. I only stayed a night so was more than serviceable for me and avoided the cluster of Down Town traffic to get to and away from.

They are pet friendly, but they charge a fee. They gave me a magnet sicker, that told everyone that my room gas had a pet in it and to enter it. Rey carefully . The room was clean, except the floor was dirty. It was swept up, but not mopped or not mopped very well . The bed was very comfortable and the room’s heater worked very well .

I had an issue with the room not being fully ready for me. In reporting it, I encountered an employee with attitude and zero empathy. But the rest of the staff came to the rescue and made me feel cared for and understood. They showed me what good customer service is about by making things right. I will definitely return.
