I had an issue with the room not being fully ready for me. In reporting it, I encountered an employee with attitude and zero empathy. But the rest of the staff came to the rescue and made me feel cared for and understood. They showed me what good customer service is about by making things right. I will definitely return.

Liked the kitchenette. Came n handy.prepping for grad party.great value.nice locations.every amenity u need within 5 min.amanzingly friendly staff.actually really comfy beds.8 weeks ago I had a pretty intensive back surgery.was worried.slept great

ESA is the only place where I can stay and leave my dog, who is very well behaved, in the hotel while we were out. I appreciate the affordable price and the Get and Go breakfast bar! Thank you!

We did not try the breakfast bar as it appeared there was insufficient food. We did like the cleanliness of the place. Very important for guests. The housekeeping staff is to be commended.

Loved the breakfast. Love the location. It’s close to Winco so you can drive or Uber down the road and get the necessities if you need them 24hours a day.

Location was perfect as we needed to go to the convention center.. the room was very comfy, great view of snow covered mts.
