The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was courteous.

The premises is designed for long stay so a week or more and you bring your crockery and cutlery. The grab and go breakfast is sustenance, a pot of coffee, porridge sachets, muesli bars, muffins, hot water and tea bags. I only stayed a night so was more than serviceable for me and avoided the cluster of Down Town traffic to get to and away from.

I had an issue with the room not being fully ready for me. In reporting it, I encountered an employee with attitude and zero empathy. But the rest of the staff came to the rescue and made me feel cared for and understood. They showed me what good customer service is about by making things right. I will definitely return.

They are pet friendly, but they charge a fee. They gave me a magnet sicker, that told everyone that my room gas had a pet in it and to enter it. Rey carefully . The room was clean, except the floor was dirty. It was swept up, but not mopped or not mopped very well . The bed was very comfortable and the room’s heater worked very well .

Location was perfect for me. Easy on and off freeway access for both jobs. Nice and quiet. Everyone is nice and friendly

Wonderful customer service easy check in rooms where clean had an everything you needed if you wanted to bring food to make. So many eateries nearby very convenient location.
